How To Make Chilli Con Carne


Chilli Con Carne

Equipment
Knife
Vegetable Chopping Board
Measuring Cups
Frying Pan
Wooden Spoon
Serving Spoon
Plate

Ingredients
1 ts oil
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1/2 green pepper
100g mince
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1/2 cup tomato puree
1/2 tin of baked beans

Method Step 1
Dice the onion and green pepper. Crush the garlic

Step 2
Heat the oil in the frying pan. Saute the onion pepper and garlic for three minutes.

Step 3
Add the mince breaking it up with the side of a wooden spoon and brown.

Step 4
Stir in the chilli sauce and tomato puree. Simmer for 8 minutes stirring occasionally.

Step 5
Stir in the beans and heart for a further 5 minutes.

Hello Blade your step by step guide of making chilli con carne was easy to follow. I still remember how we made the dish in the first week of food Tech. My question for you Blade is that if you got the chance to make it again what would you change about it?
