In this game you had to add decimals. The answer in this game is A 6.2. When you get your answer correct you get to try and kick the ball in the goal. This game was a little bit challenging for me because I had to add the decimals mentally. This game is very good for me because I had to work fast to get a better score than my group members. I think our teacher should give our maths group more maths games like this.
I am a Year 8 student at Glen Innes School in Auckland, NZ. I am in Room 11 and my teacher is Mrs Ramkolowan.

When the little children were skipping they all had a lot of energy. With the older children their routines got better and better. All the children had enthusiasm, energy and if they made a mistake they just persevered. All the children were enjoying themselves and having a lot of fun when they were skipping.
Some music was popular and some was not popular. Some songs were three minutes others were four to five minutes. When the songs was popular all the children would sing along. Room twelve had all the popular songs because all the children were singing all the songs that they had played. The most popular song was Gentleman.
When all the class skipping items finished some children got up and went to get their parents. The children and the parents then skipped together. All the children and their parents were having fun and were enjoying themselves. Some parents could skip and some could not skip.
Being A Pharaoh For One Day
WALT: Write in paragraphs.
Today I am a pharaoh for one day in Ancient Egypt. I am rich and have everything. My job is to watch over the law courts and the chief of the temple. I will have to be responsible for ruling the country.
I would wear my crown on my head, my collars that are made out of gold, gems and jewellery. I wore a white cloth wrapped around my waist to make a short skirt and I am shirtless. I would put gold arm bands and bracelets around my arms and legs.
Daily I go to the temple to pray to the Gods. After doing that I would hear news from my trusted vizer. After doing that I check the building sites which were built by my servants and officials. Finally my last duty would be like having a conversation with my wife or would be entertained by my servants.
